We recently emailed past home owners who required a property valuation, “What did you most like about the Valuer who visited your home?”. Aside from the obvious of turning up on time and receiving a fair valuation of their home, here are the five most surprising answers. 

At number one was; asking, ‘Would you like me to take my shoes off?’. 
At number two; her eyes teared, after being told I had recently lost my husband. 
At number three; allowed me to share my opinion until I finished about what I thought my house is worth. 
At number four; listened to me talk about my recently patented electrical cable protector and offered advice about marketing. 
And at number five… ‘wore a blue coloured wool cardigan’.
