"WHATS THE CATCH?"

I received three emails yesterday asking 'what is the catch?', with the low fee of $299 for a residential valuation by Valuerr.com.au, so I thought I would explain. The offer is conditional on three factors. Firstly the property to be located in a neighbouring Melbourne suburb to the office currently in Heidelberg West, secondly, the posting of a deserving positive review by the client on Facebook which can provide extra marketing exposure and finally, to schedule a valuation and payment is actioned online, adding further time saving to the overall valuation process.
